What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes XS through 3XL in our ready-to-wear collection. Many of our pieces can also be custom tailored to ensure a perfect fit. For specific sizing questions or custom orders, please contact our styling team at styling@gentiana.com or visit our boutique for a personal fitting.
How do I care for my dress?
Each piece comes with detailed care instructions. Most of our dresses are dry clean only to preserve the fabric and embellishments. We recommend professional dry cleaning from a specialist experienced with luxury fabrics. Store your dress in a cool, dark place on a padded hanger to maintain its shape and beauty.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags attached. Custom tailored or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within Europe. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery. International orders may take 10-14 business days. All orders are carefully packaged and insured. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Can I get styling advice?
Absolutely! Our expert stylists are here to help you find the perfect dress for any occasion. Schedule a personal styling consultation by emailing styling@gentiana.com or calling our boutique. We offer virtual consultations for remote clients and in-person appointments at our showroom in Prishtina.
Are your pieces limited edition?
Yes, many of our pieces are limited edition or one-of-a-kind designs. We believe in creating exclusive, timeless pieces that celebrate individuality. Once a design sells out, it's retired to maintain its exclusivity. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to be notified when new collections launch.
